tracker starter problems

I have a 95 tracker and it was runnin' fine when I got to work, 2 hours later going on a parts run, it would't hit a lick. We tried boosting it, not difference, tried pecking the starter, no difference, tried arching the selinoid, spar, but did not try to start, or try to turn over. I was wondering if it could be a relay or if the starter just all the sudden went caput? all connections seem to be tite with no corrosion.

Re: tracker starter problems

I did the same on a 91. New starter, no problems. I pondered it for a week.
