Question Turn Signal Trouble

I have an 86 E150 Conversion van by Franklin Motor Coach. The other day I installed a trailer hitch and accidently pinched and partailly cut the wiring harness in the frame. I lost all lights except headlights. Anyway, I re-spliced the wires and everything works EXCEPT my turn signals. Here's the wierd thing, the emergency flashers work fine. I also cannot find a seperate fuse for the turn signals either. I don't believe it has the standard Ford flasher. It has an expensive Bosch flasher on a seperate little fuse block. I'm lost at this point. Where should I start? I'm assuming the wires are ok now or the flashers wouldn't work, would they?
HELP
