HELLWIG 1535 Helper springs

I have a 1997 Chevrolet 1500 2WD with the 5.7 Vortec. I purchased a set of Hellwig helper springs. I bought them from Summit racing for my year model but they will not fit if I am understanding how to install them. The adjustable end lines up with the bracket that holds the spring pack together and so I do not see anyway to get the U-bolt on. I have take a pic but I do not know how to post it here.

Any ideas

Thanks
Greg

Re: HELLWIG 1535 Helper springs

ive got the same helpers on my '97 1500. not sure what you mean by adjustable ends though. mine were easy to install. just removed stock u-bolts, stacked new springs(they have a pin that set into a hole on the seperator block for alignment), then replaced with new longer u-bolt from kit.
