Question Mod/hybrid my f20b

I got the accord ls (uk spec), I believe it is the same as the Sir in the us. I have been looking at squeezing a few more bhp out of the lump, I got ecu, decat , induction kit. I have been looking to cam the motor, but cannot find one to suit the f20b lump. I have noticed how similar everyone says the f20b and h22 lumps are. Now, hears the question. can I buid a Hybrid engine using the f20 (shorter stroke engine) block and a h22 head?

and if not will the f20c engine slot in istead of the f20b?

(I'm from a ford background and bits can be chopped and changed like this in the world of the blue oval).

The F20B and H22 are pretty similar. Here is a good discussion. http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=754295

There are quite a few other changes than just being de-stroked.
