noob here.. Few Questions..

Hello all.. I am new here.. I just picked up a 95 Blazer in December and I have a few questions... First.. My rear diff is shot.... And was wondering if the diff from the 94 and older gen would work.. Mine is the 7 5/8" ring with 3.42 ratio.... I am looking to get one out of a yard for now while I rebuild my current one.... And I know this is probably asked all the time, but what is the largest tire that can be fit on the 95+ body style... I would like to get a body lift, but I can't seem to find any... At least locally.... So the search continues.... But any ways.. I want to thank you all for you advice in advance and look forward to being here for a while....... Thanks again

Matt

Re: noob here.. Few Questions..

Welcome to the Blazer forum page , Matt. You will find a wealth of experience here . I would suggest going to "tirerack.com" for your tire fitment , they have online software that I used when I was seeking that info . I am sure somebody will chime in soon with what your model can handle . Stock I think you could get 29x 9.50s on it .
Most large salvage yards have software that give interchange parts list .
I also suggest going to "LMCtruck.com" and order a free catalog . It has an excellent exploded view of everything but the engine . I use it all the time when tearing something apart. Good luck , Rob
