Talking Want a supercharger setup like mine?

I've been trying to get other guys set up with the Paxton supercharger. (Since Nelson retired, no one made the kit anymore.) All it would take is two custom pieces (the main mounting bracket and the thermostat housing) to be reproduced, all of the remaining pieces could be sourced elsewhere. I created an excel spreadsheet http://www.geocities.com/boatseason/sc-parts-list.xls (you might need to right click the link and Save As, geocities doesn't allow linking) providing measurements of all the parts you'd need, and I also created a webpage http://www.geocities.com/boatseason/...er_pieces.html to help identify them better. If you want more general info on the supercharger, you can also check out my webpage http://www.geocities.com/boatseason or email me at [email protected]

I had a machine shop make 3 sets of brackets/thermostat housings because people convinced me they would buy them. One of the three backed out and now I have one set available. I have posted it up on ebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ADME:B:LC:US:1 I am not making any profit on this at all. The reserve price on eBay is $290 to cover the cost of the parts, 2-day FedEx shipping, and the eBay charges.

I'm not looking to start a business; I personally think that adding a supercharger is a great way to enhance the performance of the relatively anemic normally aspirated 13B motor and I'm trying to help out other rotor heads. I will answer any and all questions regarding the setup, and will take pictures, measurements, etc, whatever you need to get set up.

hey Rex, im gettin a 7 soon, with aobut 100k miles on it. If i change the seals on it (im planning on it anyway) and the radiator, which i was planning anyway too....uh, the engine will be good as new, right? So then i COULD stick a s/c on it?

If you're replacing the apex seals, I'd strongly recommend changing the oil rings on the face of the rotors at the same time while you've got everything apart. In order for the motor to be like new, you'd also need to resurface the housings if they're gouged up. (I'm assuming you have broken seals now.) If they're really bad, you'll need to replace them. Check out www.mazdatrix.com for rebuild kits.
