Have several of his episodes and he was pretty good. I saw the new one and it wasn't bad. Had an interesting story to where they went like a million years into Earth's future.

The guy that plays Dr.Who now, looks like that guy from Gone in 60 seconds who plays the villian....guy obsessed with wood furniture..

Re: Doctor Who

i've seen only one Dr. Who episode, dunno who was the Doc, it was one of the classics. It was with this egyptian mummy and somehow he was alive, builds a portal and goes through, and the doc has to go through and fight something and... wow, i really don't remember much of it... still i remember enjoying it.

I hav heard this from many people, and I would agree.

Here in the US on Sci-fi channel they hav a new one, which i hear is a year behind from Europe. Its not to bad, only seen a couple of them. Not like they wont show it again, and again.

I was thinking I had seen or heard about David Tennant playing as the Dr.

Re: Doctor Who

i have to say that i have a fondness for sylverster mccoy as the Doctor as that was on when i were a wee lad. He made the Doctor seem a little creepy and maybe even a little more powerful that he usually let on. Y'know, proper mystery and knowing instead of just being kooky or schizo.

Geez, I remember that episode; I saw it as a kid in the late '70's

That was one of the early Tom Baker episodes, when the BBC started to put some decent money in the show to increase its production values.
