speedo

93 GJL, 4.0, auto, 4wd. The speedometer used to bounce around starting at about 55mph. I changed the sensor on the side of the transfer box but it still did the same. Now the speedometer has pegged itself out, once in a while it will move counter clockwise as I speed up, lol. Damn things going backwards, but usually just sits at the pin somewhere around 180mph, geeez, gotta be a chrysler product. Any ideas, the odometer and everything else works fine.

Re: speedo

not likely this problem is in the t-case. things are pretty straight forward in there to cause this problem. a short in the wires shouldin't make it run backwards. just because the everything on the dash still works does'nt mean it's not in the dash somewhere. might the next place to troubleshoot.
