Adjusting my headlights!

I've searched and can not find the answer I need.

I need to adjust my headlight I have a 2000 Integra. Each headlight has a level built in and another bubble indicating left or right. So when adjusting them do I make the level bubble at 0 and the center it for left and right? Thanks

Re: Adjusting my headlights!

Yeah, should be at the mid mark or zero for all the levels. If you're turning forever and nothings happening, like what happens for one of mine, park in front of a wall and use youre best judgement.
