if you have no compression in any of the cylinders I would think that the timing belt is still off, have you checked to see if the valves open and close when you crank the engine?

If you were burning water and have no compression you may have blown a head gasket. Is there water in your oil?

Ok now what makes you say you have no compression? If you have no compression that is where your problem is. You need a spark, an air/ fuel mixture and compression for the engine to run, one of these is missing. Check for spark, fuel and compression and go from there.
