RABSII Diagnostic location 99 ranger

Can someone help with the location of the RABSII diagnostic connector on a 99 2wd ranger. I have heard that is located near the power distribution box under hood, but I cannot locate anthing that looks like a connector with the orange and black wire. I have shop manual with DTC codes

I am troubleshooting an ABS indicator light problem that is also affecting the speedometer. The speedometer doesnt work until you reach about 45mph. My guess is a rear wheel speed sensor which would also create ABS error.

I'm guessing that your connector is inside near the steering column ... the same port as used for the OBDII codes.

Check the sensors in the tranny "extension". I had some road debris cut the wires going to my speed sensor.
