XP4 Owner?

I recently saw these shots of the XP4 which were new to me...Who owns this car now?

Is it still in America?

New shots for me as well. The second one looks very interesting the way the light is hitting the car.

Unless something has changed, and I haven't heard of anything, the car is owned by Larry Blair in California. He generally keeps the car near his home in the Bay Area.

Thanks for sharing!

Re: XP4 Owner?

The second one looks cg'd, but the first one looks real except the XP4 lettering on the side.

Are you saying it looks computer generated, or that it is computer generated?

I'll agree the photo looks a little weird, but I don't think it's computer generated (aside from being on a digital camera and maybe cleaned up in a photo editing program.)

I think it's caused by the use of Fill Flash and the reflection from the metallic paint. The picture is definitely real.

The metallic paint is definitely thrown off by the flat black windshield banner.

Welcome aboard SRT4. Thanks for sharing the pics. Absolutely lovely car. Have any more pics? I'm sure they'll be appreciated more on this forum.

Re: XP4 Owner?

Awesome pics! I saw in your other thread that you said one pic was taken in New York. Did your Uncle take it to NY with him on vacation? Does he bring it much? Thats like 2 hours from me

I saw you were getting beat up pretty bad over there towards the end of the thread, so I added a post with some additional info to hopefully increase your stock a bit. Thanks for sharing what you did and I look forward to any other contributions you come up with.

Yeah, you can say I was getting beat up pretty bad... lol.

And you didn't jack my thread... I don't mind it at all.. I appreciate that very much, thank you.

And responding to the other guys post: That was taken... either in 01' or 02' I can't remeber we weren't able to make it out that year, and that's the only time I know of that he's had it up at the lake (Keuka). Last year he had his Carrara GT up there... boy is that car a piece of art.

Anywho enough of my blabbering. Thanks again Peloton25.

Just scanned that thread with Erik's input. Good going Erik. Kudos!

Knowledge is power! Hopefully they took your information to heart and learn and appreciate the McLaren more. We all stand to benefit.

Not that you're forgotten, Koenig. Thanks for starting this thread!
