95 Grand Prix SE coupe 3.1 Horn issue?

Just bought this car, and the horn does not work. Tried to look for fuse for horn to start with and could not find any labeled for it. Also tried to locate horn and cannot. If anyone has run across this, I kindly ask for direction.

Thanks in advance!

Jim

There are two horns, both are located on a bracket on the drivers side just ahead of the wheel well arch.

Now that I have found them, any suggestions as to what to look for that may be causing them not to work?

If you have a volt meter, check for voltage at the wiring harness while someone pushes the horn button. IFf no voltage is present, you have a relay or wiring issue. If there is voltage present, the horns themselves are shot. Since they mount them in such a stupid place, water gets in them and either corrodes them internally, or it can freeze and crack the horn's guts.
