1987 K5 blazer 350 TBI Misses after warmup

Hi to anyone out there that can help me. My blazer runs fine when its cold but after it warms up it misses and my gas mileage goes to crap, i have done a complete tune up on it but it still does it, changed fuel filter, o2 sensor, throttle sensor, etc. unhooked vaccume to egr to see if that was causing anything but no change. engine doesnt smoke use's a little oil has 155,000 miles on the engine. also i think i have noticed it dogs out at about 40 - 45 when shifting into od. any help appreciated

Reset your base timing.

Remove the timing wire, set the timing to zero, reconnect the wire.

Sorry i haven't got back to you earlier. I have set the timing it was only about 1 degree off. reset the computer it runs a bit better but still has that darn miss, i think my next job will be to replace the dist cap although its not that old i think i replaced it last year but i guess it wouldnt hurt to try it. anything else you can think of? Thanks Terry
