Keyless entry and dome light

I have a 2001 Grand Vitara and just recently the Keyless entry quit working and the dome light when you open the doors quit working. I thought it might be a fuse but all seemed to be OK. I know the the dome light is ok because I can manually turn it on. Any ideas?

Re: Keyless entry and dome light

your drivers door switch (the thingie that tells the dome to turn on when the door opens could be bad, swap it with a rear door, or a door that you don't use very much.
