Need a replacement 4.3 Vortec

I have a '95 Blazer with a 4.3 Vortec engine that just decided to crap out.
It still runs for now, but I expect to blow a cylinder shortly. It sounds like the main bearing is gone already.
I need to find a good place to get a remanufactured or shelf engine to replace it. And someone locally, Kenosha Wi., to install it.
If anyone can help.
Engine code W

look at www.jasperengines.com they can give you quotes for a new engine and even tell you where there is a dealer/installer near you
