'94 Ranger - Manual Trans Leak by the Shifter

I hope someone has an answer for this one...

I replaced the seal on the front the housing where the driveshaft is inserted in the back of it. This is where I thought it was leaking...

Look at Item# 59, 105 and 106, 109. Could it be leaking from there? It is "wet" all around Item #59. When I resealed the housing Item #49 (and I did this twice to be sure), it did not leak at all. But after I took it for a spin, the fluid was located above by the shifter area.

It appears that it's wet with fluid above where the shifter is connected.

Nobody seems to know how to fix this so, thanks in advance for your help.
