Electric Radiator Fan

I got a '99 Ranger 4.0L with A/C. My fan clutch is starting to malfunction. I am thinking of replacing it with an electric radiator fan such as those made by Hayden. I understand that it saves energy a bit cause after going at 30MPH there is enough air flow through the radiator to do proper cooling. Waht do you think of the idea?
