performance chip
Has anybody installed a Jet or similiar chip on the 05 4.2?
Just wondering if it made any substantial difference. I tow a camper and could use any extra performance. |

Re: performance chip
Jet Chips are okay, but if you really want performance increases, get a Westers tune. They are a little pricey for the TB 4.2L I6 (about ~$600), but well worth it. Better response, better mileage, better power, basically your TB just acts completely different. I dont have one personally, but that is only because I cant afford it right now. Once I have enough dough (and if I dont get a TB SS instead) I will be getting one.
