2004 Grand Prix GT, cell charger fuse?

I check the manual, and both fuse boxes (right of glove box and under hood) and I can't find why the cigarette adapter isn't working. I found 1 fuse called AUX that is 25a, but after replacing, no change. Im not sure what its called. I took out every fuse and looked them over and none shows sings of being bad.

Anyone know where this is?

Here is a good link on how to "Tap for power" in case you can't find power for your cigarette lighter. Just my $.02
