Angry Wont Start Half The Time Please Help

My car is a 94 eagle talon DL..... real slow... it has 160,000 miles on it.... i went to my car this morning to start it for school and it wouldnt start.... after like 10 minutes of trying it finally did.... then the idle... or the RPM gauge or w.e was like hovering below 1000 rpms.... from like 600 to 1000 rpms back and fourth like it was going to cut out... i just tried to start it again in the parking lot at my school and it didnt, it took a good 10 minutes to start again.. I havent got new spark plugs but they were working PERFECT yesterday...and I need a new timing belt soon but i dont think i timing belt would cause that. After I get my car started and run for awhile it runs okay, but the RPMs stil like hover from like 800 to 1000 rpms back and forth.... PLEASE HELP ME ima try and get on later at my house for this, hit me back please thanks

Sounds like one of the sensors went bad. IAC maybe?

Did you actually pull the plugs and look at them? It only takes 15 minutes...
