Exclamation Crossmember - Engine Mount Problem

Ive just converted a 1989 Skyline GTE (RB20E) to a 1989 GTS (RB20DE).
I Have Both Bodies, Both were running before swap.
When i put the RB20DE in, the gearbox is about 2Inchs to far to the front so the cross member wont line up properly but the engine mounts are perfectly in place. ive Tried to use the crossmember of both the Automatic RB20E and the Manual Crossmember off the RB20de which are identical anyway. Has anyone had this problem before or know what to do. ITS REALLY PISSING ME OFF
