Update to the clunking
turns out after trial and error with the rear leaf spring bushings and body mounts the clunking had absolutely nothing to do with either...i discovered that the problem is a bad carrier bearing between the two drive shafts...now all i have to do is find one cheap enough any suggestions? anyone else had to replace this?

Re: Update to the clunking
Yeap! Mine fortunately was covered under warranty when it only had 20k miles on it.
It took a drive-line shop to find it though, the dealership did fix it via the write-up from the drive-line shop. Initially the dealership kept saying nothing was wrong with the truck - found out the hard way, almost causing an accident, as I was towing the boat and I had to make a pretty hard stop, major clunk!
