Re: Porsche VS. Formula

i doubt it, and wouldnt bother. My brothers friend has a boxster, its pretty fast but i think my LS1 is faster. Not sure what it runs but i dont think its near the times of an LT1. Im not saying ur car is slow. But there are cars faster and more powerful out there. I know a lot of cars that urs can just wlak over.

The boxsterS does it 13.69, the regular boxster does it in 14.2

Re: Porsche VS. Formula

Neither can an LT1 or LS1. The 1/4 mile times they test are with pros behind the wheels. Absolutley perfect conditions and 1/4 tanks of gas. Basically if Car and Driver claims a car can hit 12 flat, your average jow could pull it off in about 13 MAYBE 12.5 IF HES LUCKY.

Re: Porsche VS. Formula

probably not, those times are usually by professional drivers hired by magazines for these tests. On the same token, the 14.5 give or take of your car is based on the same style of testing.
