95 buick gs stalling
I have 95 Buick Regal GS with approx. 130,000 km. The car will stall at anytime. It is an intermittent problem. Once it has stalled I have to let it sit for a few minutes before I can start it again. Someone suggested that it could be clogged fuel injectors. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: 95 buick gs stalling
You need to check for spark and/or injector pulse during the no start wait period. This will indicate the next step.

Re: 95 buick gs stalling
Any check engine light? My car did what I call "flash" stalling. In other words the red idiot lights by the gauges would flash and the engine would die for a second and then it would run again. The computer stored cam, crank, and spark timing sensor faults. Turned out to be the ECM itself that was bad. Swapped a used one in from Ebay and runs great now.

Re: 95 buick gs stalling
The check engine light does come on during start up. Upon restarting the car after stalling (start up takes anywhere from a few seconds to 45 minutes) the check engine light stays on.

Re: 95 buick gs stalling
You need to scan it for codes, & post back with those.
