engine misfire

I have a 99 s-10 2.2l. I have been having a random misfire in my engine. It only acts up in colder weather and under acceleration. I have been to the dealership and they found no codes, no ses light, checked the ignition coils, injectors, i did the plugs with delco plugs, fuel filter, wires, injector flush and checked the compression which was fine. Noone seems to know whats wrong with it and I was wondering what else it could possibly be.
