WTF is this noise??? Please help me if you know

Ok fellas, hopefully someone can help me. The car is a 97 EX, bone stock. I have a noise that sounds like I am driving a jacked up 4x4. You know the sound that mud tires make going down the highway, sort of a humming sound. I recently had to change my motor mounts which where shot. Because of the bad mounts, I had to put new CV axles, and my tires got all choppy, so I put 4 new tires on it last week. I do not think the sound is affected by rpm's, but rather by speed. The faster I go the louder it gets. I can put the car in neutral going 80 and it sounds the same, BTW I have an automatic.
What can this be? Maybe some sort of bearings or something? Car seems to function properly except for the damn noise. I have to turn the radio pretty loud to not hear it and I can barely hear my cell phone over the niose. I travel alot with work, and do not want to get stranded 200 miles from home if I can avoid it.

Thanks in advance

the noise might be the valves because hondas have been none to have the valves chatter because of not changing the oil.

Yes, but I do not think it is the engine because I can be going down the highway and put it in neutral and rev it up and the noise does not get louder. It is stricktly affected by my speed. It is almost like I could kill the car and have someone pull me down the road and it will still do it. Also, when I start the car parked and rev it up it sounds fine. It has oil, Mobil One to be exact and I just changed the timing belt, and water pump. Thanks

Aren't the bearings sealed? Is there some type of grease fitting or something that maybe I should check? Never changed wheel bearings before. Is it fairly easy to do. Would the CV axles need to come back out? I did change the timing belt myself, so I do have some mechanical sense. Thanks

I agree with kicker1solo. It might possibly be your new tires.
