I have a 99 r/t 5-speed and have just put in a iceman intake system. What should my next mods be and where's a good place to find them cheap?

JK You should open up the exhaust. Get an exhaust and header/downpipe, most likely a good deal off of http://www.ebay.com

The stock 2.25" piping on the exhaust is fine. A header is a good idea, but the exhaust is not needed in the early stages of the neon. Most people do the the following:
1.CAI
2.UDP
3.Bigger TB (you can put a throttle body from an ATX as it's 52mm, unlike the 49mm the MTX has)
4.Header
5.Prothane motor mount inserts and rear booble strut( to eliminate wheel hop)

After the simple boltons like the above then you move on to cams, cam gears, and so on!

Re: just started

What brands are best? Also, checked mopar's site for a pcm, but my car model isn't on there. I've heard you can get these but I don't know where.

There is a Mopar PCM for the 95,96,97-99 neons. Brand new runs around $220. Check out www.modernperformance.com. They are who I deal with mostly. 1)beacuse they are local and 2)because they are great guys and very knowledgable.
