Thumbs down Solving wet floor problem info (Bonniville)

I just solved the wet floor problem in my daughters 2000 Bonniville. The water was coming through the sunroof drain system because the right rear drain hole hose was kinked up under the headliner and it is my opinion it came this way from the factory. Also the left front floor was always soaking wet and the reason for that was the drain hose wasn't even connected under the drivers side of the dash. Because of the engineering the whole dash would have to be removed to reconnect the hose where it is located. What I did was plug the drain hole on the left front corner of the sunroof. The drain track will allow the water that usually goes out the left front drain to travel over to the right front drain. I dumped glasses of water into the drain track while the car was on a level surface and the right front drain seemed to hanloe the extra flow ok. As far as the right rear drain I pulled the trim going down the right side of the rear window then removed the exit handle and light then the trim above the right rear door and was able to pull down the headliner far enough to remove the drain hose and take care of the kink by cutting the kinked part in two and using neopreme hose to slide inside the factory drain hose to insure it won't kink again, Then I ran the drain line in the proper location (which wasn't done at the factory) and everything is draining well now. I elevated the front of the car and also dumped water into the drain track so it would all go to the rear drains and it worked well. I see there are many complaints about wet floors in these cars and was wondering if this problem is only with the ones with sunroofs. I also checked the drains in the winshield cowl and they are working fine but I did own a car years ago that one of those drains did plug and that caused leaking into the vehicle so if any of you have wet floor problems that should be checked also. Hope this is some help Thanks
