Leaking Fuel Lines

Over the last 4 or 5 years I've had to patch my rusted fuel lines. I've always used 3/8 rubber fuel line purchased at Advance. Now I've got another leak, this one I think near the top of the tank. Gonna be a bummer to get at. Probably have to take the box off to get at it. Any reason I can't replace everything after the fuel filter with rubber line? Never had a leak with any of the rubber patches.

Do the job right with steel lines and it's good for another 20 years.
Yes you'll have to lift the box.
With the price of fuel these days you can replace that fuel line with the proper steel line 3 to 4 times for the cost of 1 tank of fuel, you do the math

Ok, so where do I buy steel line that is going to cost me less than a tank of gas. Looks like the box is pretty easy to take off provided the bolts cooperate.

I think that I paid about 20 dollars Canadian for 10' at Lorco (a BC based parts company)
I get a discount there, but my discount basicly only covers the taxxes.
