WW vs ebay, Techno

so yeah lately i been really intrested in getting a bodykit. The kit i wanted most was the WW urethane kit.. but i been recently dealer priced for that kit at $815 shipped. wow 2 yrs ago b4 WW was bought over by the company that owns ViS i got quoted at $635 shipped..? sucks anyways i like the styling of the kit and i like how the rear doesnt need uh support since mines rusted out and well one day my friend Tim stepped on my front filler peice..my 2nd one and well the mugen kit covers that and the rear filler. im curious to how well fitment is on kits other then WW and how many of u would spring for that extra $330 for the WW urethane kit? any input bout u guys who installed and own these kind of mugen kits i would deeply appreciate cause im bout to spring for something soon.. WW or techno lord knows yet. thanks alot

Re: WW vs ebay, Techno

Stray away from ebay body kits, bad fitment, cheap product, it all comes down to if you think your car is worth that extra $330. I personally would buy from WW, it saves alot of trouble in the long run.

Eurothane kits are a MUST. I know someone with the Xenon kit on his 94 Neon, and it's survived 3 wrecks, 2 of which totalled out 2 different cars... It's currently on it's THIRD car. So, if nothing else, find a nice Eurothane kit and never worry about cracks.

Re: WW vs ebay, Techno

at first i was all like "WTF is 'fitment'???" so i looked it up on dictionary.com and it cites webster's unabridged dictionary as saying the following:

2 entries found for fitment.

fitment

\Fit"ment\, n. The act of fitting; that which is proper or becoming; equipment. [Obs.] --Shak.

Source: Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, © 1996, 1998 MICRA, Inc.

fitment

n : any of the items furnishing or equipping a room (especially built-in furniture); "she liked the kitchen fitments"

wow. where did this word come from. we don't even use it in the SOUTH. that's bizarre.
