switching out instrument clusters

how hard would it be to switch out an instrument cluster for a different one. i know its probably hard but is it even possible

well i have a 1994 sc300 and i was goin to redo the whoe dashboard. i was wondering if i could switch out the old instrument cluster and put in a porsche type one, if possible.

I cant imagine it would be hard as shit and not worth the time or money but im sure its possible.
