Lightning Fast M3

Hi Everyone,
does anyone know if there are some serious performance parts out for the E46 M3 Motors? I'm looking for gains in the 70+hp ranges. I've talked to AC and they don't want to touch the thing, only other mods which do not really affect the power of the car. Yes, this car is amazing. The power, responsiveness, handling, and braking are first class. But it would be nice to have a little something extra under the hood, because I've had a few experiences with Nos equipped imports. German cars need something against the giant turbos and Nos! What is it?
If anyone has any mods, can you please list them? And if you can, how much hps they give? Thanks!

hate to break it to you

From what i have gathered, the bmw engineers are too damn awesome for their own good. the new e46 engines already run such high compression and such and the inline 6 frame is already using racing components that supercharging or turbocharging would be out of the question due to the pressures generated. no one that i know is even thinking about making a forced induction mod for this model right now so you are pretty sol. best thing to do if you want pure speed is to get an e36 and turbocharge that, then you will take an e46 and everything will be gravy.

Lightbulb Performance Mods for M3

The M3 is a hi strung hi compression engine. The Jap cars with NOS are going to melt down if you take them to 130-150 for more than 30 seconds. Besides the M3 has a reputation and they are racing you to say they beat a M3. If you really want power you better follow what the racing teams do-PUT IN A M5 Engine or get a second faster car. The most anyone will get out of the 01 and 02 M3 will be 15-30hp because BMW designed it not to be messed with unless you are ready to really race. And that will cost you 20K to start. Remember the Porsche 911GT2 cars weigh 1000lbs less and has only about 400 hp. There will always be a faster car/driver somewhere waiting to take you out.
