Need some tech help!!!!!!!

Hi I have a 97 Neon sport 2.0 dohc. I believe the head gasket blew because i was refilling radiator fluid at least 3 times a day and then it just quit running. It has by far been my favorite car and I don't want to get rid of it and I like doing everything myself. Would I just have to change the head gasket or is something else wrong too? What else should I do while I have to motor apart?

If you have a blown HG, then you should see oil in your coolant or coolant in your oil. If you were putting in that much coolant, then you may have had a bad coolant leak. Check and inspect all your hoses. Did your temp gauge ever hit the H mark? You may have overheated your engine.
