1995 neon transmission

I Replaced The Valves In My 95 Neon. Now The Car Will Not Move When In Gear. If I Rev It Up It Will Seem To Catch A Little And Inch Forward. When I Fisrt Started The Car Up It Went Forward In Reverse. After I Pushed It Out Of My Garage It Would Not Move. Is It Possible That The Cv Axle Came Out Of Its Housing? I Checked The Fluid Level And It Was A Little Low. I Added 1 Quart And The Fluid Level Was Correct. I Added 3 More Bottles Thinking It Was Lack Of Transmission Fluid. It Accepted All 3 Quarts And The Dipstick Still Reads The Same. Any Ideas.
