Error codes on GMC sonoma 1997

I have these codes from autozone. Truck started missing and the tach ran up to 4000rpm but engine didn't rev at all.
I went to autozone and had the codes checked.
TCC Circuit malfunction TCC p0740
p0753 shift solenoid a circuit electrical
p0758 shift solenoid b circuit electrical

Is there anyway to find a list of code numbers online?
Thanks
