Talking Chevy outsells Ford?

Did I hear correctly? I thought I heard on the evening news that for the first time in many years, Chevy outsold Ford and to be more particular, the Trailblazer outsold the Explorer.

Did anyone else hear that. If it is true, I AM STOKED!

You heard correctly. For the first time in 19 years, Chevrolet out sold Ford in the United States. Unfortuneately, the headlines might read in a few short years, "Toyota outsells Chevrolet and Ford." if things such as sales, and customer satisfaction continue their downward trends.::

Re: Re: Chevy outsells Ford?

That may be true. I have stuck to my loyalty to this point only buying Chevy for the last15 years I assume. But it is getting harder to do considering the price and service differences, and of course the warranty issue. With Kia and Hyunda giving 10 year warranties, I might have to look in their direction.

GM and Ford need to get their act together and do some serious restructuring or Toyota is going to leave them in the dust.
