question replacing driver side door on 1991 voyager

I am about replacing the driver side door on my 1991 voyager and am wondering what years are compatable I have heard that 1991 they changed the door and the handle....if this the only difference I can have a different handle. Anyone with any experience with this?

my friend has a 1990 he is parting out and I can have the door for free which works for me if it will fit in my van does anyone know if it will work? or what the differences would be? I suppose I could call an auto wrecker and they would know wouldn't they?
