Twisteing

yes i was just wondering how much hp and tor. it takes to twist a 90 gt with out any braseing or roll cage, like what is the max the fram can handle befor it starts to twist thanks.

I'd say stock torque. Unless you want to instal subframe connectors and weld your torque boxes. Then I'd say they can take a good bit more.

I hate to be a jerk, (again! ) but the stock engine torque was 300 ft. lbs, no?

However, I do agree that any engine mods should be accompanied by basic chassis mods, too.

ic, so if i put my 393 that ses ruffly makes 500hp and torque, im going to shred my frame, also what if i realy baby it say shift at like 2000rpm or less till i get enough money to upgrade the chassie,also ruffly how much is it to get a roll cage and sub frame connectors installed bye like a shop, thank you

I thought you wanted rwtq #'s. A stock fox never made 300rwtq. I would say just keep away from half throttle or more. You can buy bolt on subframe connectors. I probablt wont have a cage in my car for a while either.

ok yeah i just wanted to know, if my frame is going twist like a mother, if i put my new engine in with you any braseing, that is what i was thinking as long as i baby it, ok thanks guys, going to be installing my new k member and motor mounts with in the next 4 days i will have pics thanks again.
