Dash lights and head lights switch

I have a 1999 Villager
The dash lights for the gear indicator bar is out. What and how do I need to fix that?

Also, the headlight switch connection is bad. Suggestions?

Replace them both. The guage cluster needs to come out to change the bulb and the switch should just pull out and unplug and replace.
