Question Getting to the spark plug wires on the coil pack 95 Cavalier

Im changing the plug wires on my 2.2 L 95 Chevy Cav and would like to know how do I got to the plug wires that are in the back of the engine, on the coil pack. I cant get my arm in there from the top to remove that end of the plug wires. Should I Jack it up and do it from underneath? Any suggestion would be appreciated!

I still need some help before I change the plug wires, what'sthe best way to get to the coil pack to remove the wires?

Another Question if you guys can help me. On rare occasions when the engine is cold and cranked for the first time, the engine cranks but wont turn over. If i let it sit for 30 -5 minutes it will crank over. Its been doing this for about 2 years. Its done it twice twice in one week. Ive checked, the engine is getting spark and gas but it still wont turn over. I have to let it sit for that period before it will crank. I just changed the plugsd and the the O2 sensor after 93,000 miles. I dont know if it will do it now! Any Idea on what may be casuing this intermitent problem. I still need help in getting to the coil pack to remove the plug wires.
