I sold my car and it went so fast that I didnt check his phone #, When i called it, it didnt work. So what happened is i didnt get the release of liability form filled out. Now what if he crashes i'm screwed, what can i do. I dont have any of his info or signature.thanks...Nick ps: he signed the pink slip and so did I, that all filled out correctly.

first id call your dmv or tax office. ask them what you can do about it, you need to do this asap so he doesnt go down a toll road without paying and you dont get slapped with the fines.

He payed cash, i signed a bill of sale, but he did not give me a copy, He said thats it. He also said he's been buying for 20 years, he was a mechanic. So i walked inside and then walked out to get some info and he had left.
