1992 dodge dynasty le brougham
I have a 1992 dodge dynasty le brougham, the brougham part only covers about one fourth of the top. I want to have the car repainted but the top is unrepairable so i have been told. It is flaking, can it be repaired, if not what are my options, can it be pulled off and the whole top painted
