From what i know, its best to use markers and airbush together. This will help you understand what i mean: http://www.cardesignnews.com/studio/...ing/index.html read all three pages, and take it all in! This is the best way of using airbrush, or airmarkers as it says in this tutorial, ive seen.
Good luck.

I saw that. Most of those tutorials on that page rock.
I think all of them are professional car designers.
They are giving out some good information.

I'v been airbrushing for about 3 years..
Here are some pics (in the airbrush folder, my baby is in the car one.. )

http://www.picturetrail.com/coolair

If you want a crisp clean desing masking with frisket is the way to go.The only down side I find to airbrushing is the time it takes to clean
it out between colours..Other then that its the best...

Re: Bye bye markers!

Looking forward to your airbrush work Chris. What kind did you get?

Coolair: nice gallery! My favorite is the 57 chevy toon.
