?cig lighter?

hi, im new here i was wondering how i would go about adding aditional lighter sockets (2 extra) any help would be great

You can just by an adapter that has upto 4 cig plugs on it.

i was hoping to have them hard wired to the car somehow

You could buy a 3 in 1 cig lighter adapter, or a 4 in 1 or whatever you like, and cut off the end where it plugs in. You could take the positive/ground wires and connect them directly to your battery and ground. You would have to fuse them, and you might want to add a switch, depending on if the accessory you're running will be on all the time or not.

What I did is cut the wires going to my cigarette lighter socket in the back and connect them to the wires of the adapter. This way I don't have a plug going from the cig. lighter in my dash with a wire going across, you can't tell anything is changed. The only thing is, I can't use my cigarette socket anymore which I don't really mind.
