When U Stop And Take Off It Makes A Clunk Noise-its Like Rear End Rolled Up Then Releases When U Take Off-
I Have Done The Psb From Ford Dealer Where They Change Driveshaft From Steel Style To Alum Style-it Worked For Year-they Said To Grease It But There Is No Grease Inserts On Drive Shaft-any Good Ideas Out There?-thanks |

Hmmm.... Sounds like U joints to me. Check your U joints on all ends of the rear and front shaft assemblies for excesive play, wear, damage, etc. Bet if you replace these your problem will disappear. been there.

Did you get the 4wd working from your last post??? When they say grease the shaft they mean to take the slip yoke apart and grease the splines. Put a mark on both parts so that they go back together in the same place or you may get a vibration.
