i f-ed up

Hey,
I was installing a relay for my keyless entry on my 97 Avenger and one of the wires was supposed to go to the negative parking light wire. It turns out that the green and white wire coming from the blinker stalk is actually positive. Well obviously my wiring job didn't work, and now I must have blown something, because my parking lights, as well as my dash illumination, climate control, and cigarette lighter lights stopped working. Any ideas on how I can fix it? I looked at all the fuses and they all look fine. There is no fuse for the parking lights. Anyone have a wiring diagram for the parking lights? Please give me any advice you have. I'm not in a big hurry to go to a dealer and dish out the big bucks if it's nothing major. Thanks again.

Well, you could pick up a service manual for the avenger. They have wiring diagrams up the butt.

It does sound like you blew a fuse. For all those components to go out like that. Double check them and if they are fine then get a voltmeter or 12v light tester and test some of the circuits to see if you have power.

I have a service manual. I could scan some diagrams if you need them still.
