Cost to Replace Tranny ???

My 1999 Odyssey only has 50,000 miles on it but the 7 year extended transmission warranty just expired.

Now that I am out of warranty, I was wondering how much it might cost me to replace the tranny should it fail?

I know our dealership charges between 900-1000 labor plus fluids and the trans i believe is somewhere between 3500-5000.
