2003 cavalier cd player install
hello everyone
For the 03' cavalier I've got as far as undoing all the blots to take the dash cover off. Now what do I do when the airbag is attached to the dash cover and the dash mag beam? I can't seem to find a way to disconnect the airbag from either the cover or the car. Also what would the steps be after, going straight to the radio and installing the cd player? I went to Future Shop and they wanted to sell my a $149.99 bypass sensor.(they said the airbags wouldn't work without the sonsor) i need to find out if this is all true? thanks |

Yes your airbags WILL work, the only thing that won't work is your door chimes. As far as taking your dash apart, I'm not sure on how similar the 03+ models are to the other models, but this may help...
