1997 club wagon van heater problem

ok here is the deal. late last winter or early spring the heater in my van stopped blowing hot air. the fan works great and so does the ac but, the heater doesnt get hot at all. can anyone help me out ???

Hi,
Same problem with my 1993. I just back flushed the heater core and it doubled the heat output. If that doesnt work, check the flow valve in the heater hose. Hope this helps.

There is a TSB on 1997 Econoline vans regarding a malfunctioning door in the heater. The heat is on but the door that sends the air through the heater core gets stuck in the closed position. I had to have it replaced on mine at about 40,000 miles.
